This says what klistra keeps about you, why, and for how long. The short version: your email and your projects, to run the service; nothing is sold or used for advertising.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and name, when you signed up, and the invite you came with.
- Your projects: the files you upload, the plans and chats around them, and what klistra renders. Bug reports you send, with any picture you add.
- Usage: what each piece of work cost in credits and in the model’s tokens, so that your balance is right and so that we can see what the service costs to run.
- Technical: server logs with addresses and times, kept for a short while to keep the service running and safe.
Who else sees it
The words and files of a project go to the model providers that do the work (Anthropic for the planning and building, fal.ai for generated media, Groq for transcription), under their terms for API use, which do not train on your data. Files are stored with Cloudflare in the EU; the service runs on servers in Germany and, for heavy work, on Fly.io machines in Frankfurt. Mail is sent through Resend. We do not sell personal data.
How long
As long as you have an account. Write to us and we delete the account and its projects within thirty days, except what the law asks us to keep, such as invoices.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, and complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Write to hello@klistra.ai.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in, and one remembers which team you have open. There is no tracking and no third-party advertising.
